The legal bits

We all want your party to go off without a hitch, so the kids have loads of fun. But as a professional company, we have a care of duty to make sure play time is safe for the kids. All outside castles MUST be pegged. We will not use sang bags outside, so unfortunately we can't leave a castle on concreate or pavers. We can leave on gravel as long as we can get pegs through. If you have artificial grass, we can accommodate as long as you don't mind a 10mm peg going through the turf.

If the weather is looking poor, the castle will only be left at the discretion of the operator. The legal safety windspeed for inflatable units is 24mph. We wont leave a castle if the wind speed is 20mph or above. We don't do this to be awkward or to purposely disappoint. We do this for the safety of your children. We will only ever cancel a booking if it is not safe to leave a castle.

We are fully insured and a copy of the cover can be downloaded from this page. 

When we deliver the castle we will ask you to read and sign a disclaimer.
